The “Green Hydrogen for a Sustainable European Future” has been rescheduled to the 16th and 17th of May 2022. The conference will mark an important milestone on our way towards reaching carbon neutrality and will take place as a hybrid event in Berlin. Please mark the date in your calendar.

Throughout the year 2021, excellent European and international hydrogen experts have developed a joint Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) for a sustainable European hydrogen economy. With the upcoming publication of this SRIA in March 2022, the Agenda Process “Green Hydrogen” evolves into the phase of implementation. The overarching goal of this conference is to develop a clear path of concrete ideas and measures leading to the realization of the targets set in the SRIA. A high-level panel discussion on the first day puts the spotlight on the role that research and innovation can play for the establishment of a nucleus for a true European hydrogen union. In the course of various thematic workshops, you will have the opportunity to exchange views, ideas and proposals on how the SRIA can best be implemented with colleagues from all over Europe and different sectors.

In light of the pandemic situation, the conference is planned in a hybrid format. Virtual attendance in all program parts of the conference is possible. Please note that the spatial capacity of the conference and therefore also the number of on-site participants is limited. Participants who have registered for on-site attendance will receive a confirmation whether an on-site participation under Covid-19 conditions is possible at the location. We kindly ask for your understanding and advise you to wait for this confirmation until travel arrangements are made.
