OPTIMA Life Science GmbH (OLS) specializes in continuous web processing and stacking processes. It manufactures complex wound dressings, medical devices, and membrane-electrode assemblies (MEAs). Other tasks include cutting of pre-products such as gas diffusion layers (GDLs) and membranes, as well as stacking of electrolyzer and fuel cell stacks, humidifiers, and RedOx flow batteries.

OLS offers a wide range of systems for various production processes, including high-throughput systems for mass production, pilot plants for small-series production and research, as well as laboratory and manual workstations. In the field of hydrogen-related products, OLS has been active for nearly 10 years. The company has already delivered high-volume production systems for MEA manufacturing, stackers for the electrolyzer market, and various pilot production plants for commercial production and research.
